Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 July 2026
§ 1 Scope and provider
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between Abed Al Muhsen Alkarim, Mittelseestr. 6a, 63065 Offenbach am Main, Deutschland (the "Provider") and the users (the "Customer") of the website foundmyself.me.
The offers are aimed at consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
§ 2 Subject matter
The Provider offers a free, automatically scored self-assessment (interests, work style, values) and a paid, personalized digital report (the "full report"): a written direction summary, an action plan and a PDF, generated from the Customer's assessment results.
All content is provided for general reflection and educational purposes only. It does not constitute psychological, medical, legal, financial or career counseling and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional (see § 8).
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the report does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing the payment process, the Customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by the payment provider or provision of the report.
§ 4 Prices and payment
The full report costs a one-time fee of US$ 19.99. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. As a small business within the meaning of § 19 (1) UStG, no VAT is charged.
Payment is made via the payment provider Stripe using the payment methods offered there.
§ 5 Provision of digital content
The full report is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. It is provided immediately after successful payment on the device used for the purchase and additionally sent as a PDF to the email address provided at checkout.
One purchase unlocks one report, generated once from the assessment results present at the time of purchase. The Customer expressly requests that performance of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period (see § 6).
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the Right of Withdrawal policy.
For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if the Provider has begun performance after the Customer expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and confirmed their awareness that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB).
§ 7 Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health based on a negligent or intentional breach of duty, and for damages based on intent or gross negligence.
For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.
§ 8 Guidance notice, not professional advice
The results describe tendencies and directions based on the Customer's own answers. Parts of the report are written by an AI system and may contain inaccuracies. The report is not a psychological diagnosis, not therapy, and not professional career, medical, financial or legal advice.
Decisions about work, education or finances remain the Customer's own responsibility. When in doubt, please consult a qualified professional.
§ 9 Minimum age
The offer is aimed exclusively at persons of legal age (at least 18 years). By using it, the Customer confirms that they are of legal age.
§ 10 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the Customer is habitually resident remain unaffected.
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
